Experienced in all stages of new drug discovery and drug development. Worked for a major CRO company and was responsible for new drug development and CRO programs with pharmaceutical companies from USA， Europe， and Japan. Currently holding an adjunct Professor Position in Pharmacy Academy of Wuhan University.
